Electricians must be able to provide repair or replacement options to customers and install new equipment.</p><p><strong>Electrician&nbsp;</strong><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and local electrical codes</li><li>Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit</li><li>Pull wiring through conduit</li><li>Splice wires by stripping insulation from terminal leads, twisting wires together, and applying tape or terminal caps</li><li>Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels</li><li>Connect power cables to equipment, such as electric range or motor, and install grounding leads</li><li>Test continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components with testing instruments such as ohmmeter, battery and buzzer</li><li>Troubleshoot various customer issues and determine necessary corrections and upgrades using circuit tracer, meters etc.</li><li>Observe functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement</li><li>Repair faulty equipment or systems</li><li>Ability to suggest necessary upgrades or sales opportunities and cross-sell other divisions</li><li>Knowledge and offering of payment assistance through financing of service costs</li><li>Additional duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Electrician&nbsp;</strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>OSHA 10-Hour Certification</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Detail oriented and customer service focused</li><li>Valid Driver&#39;s License with clean driving record</li><li>Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends</li><li>2-3 Years of field experience&nbsp;</li><li>Electrical License is a plus!</li><li>Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends</li><li>Willingness and ability to learn and attend classes for professional advancement</li></ul><p><strong>Electrician Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Health Insurance available on day one</li><li>Dental &amp; Vision Insurance</li><li>Supplemental AFLAC Insurance Options</li><li>401(k) Plan with Company Match</li><li>Company provided iPhone and tablet</li><li>Company provided vehicle with fuel package</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Company-[provided uniforms</li><li>Company-provided Life Insurance</li><li>Employee discounts on company-provided services</li><li>On-site training facility for continuous employee development</li><li>Additional commission opportunities available</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
