style=\"font-weight: bold\">Gather business requirements and translate them into concrete solutions, processes, and designs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Be the bridge between business and IT </span>— communicating with analysts, management, and technical teams with equal ease</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Run end-user trainings</span> and make sure people actually understand and use what you build</li>\n<li>Contribute to knowledge sharing through internal sessions, webinars, and tech
