Business Development Representative – Outside Sales | Cima Senior Living Location:  Houston, TX Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: Approximately $60,000 base salary + incentive opportunities We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Representative  to lead outside sales and community outreach efforts for our senior living community. This is a true “boots-on-the-ground” role focused on building referral relationships, generating new business opportunities, and increasing community visibility throughout the market. The ideal candidate enjoys being out in the field, networking, attending events, and developing partnerships that drive occupancy growth.
