Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country.</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We are looking for qualified Technicians who will be responsible for the management of all inspections following the solar installation.</p>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Setting up inspections with the proper jurisdictions</li>\r\n\t<li>Delivering documents at the premises of projects.</li>\r\n\t<li>Sharing information with the corporate office about important items with each project.</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete projects within established policies and procedures.</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete projects within time frames and budgets.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety.</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability.</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Work exceptionally well with others, competently delegate work among the crew and resolve potential issues.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to follow instructions</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\r\n\t<li>Organized with attention to detail.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must work well unsupervised and be self-motivated</li>\r\n\t<li>Proficient math skills to calculate the number of materials needed</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to use ION technology, such as Paycom, FieldPro, Salesforce, and smartphones</li>\r\n\t<li>Must possess a valid Driver's License and be willing to submit to a Motorized Vehicle Report</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required</li>\r\n\t<li>More than 1 year of previous construction experience is required in electrical, roofing, or framing.</li>\r\n\t<li>Solar experience is preferred</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Driving Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>\r\n\t<li>Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Physically able to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must use earplugs around loud equipment and wear gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Compensation/Benefits:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<li>Competitive wages</li>\r\n\t<li>Affordable Health/Vision/Dental Insurance</li>\r\n\t<li>401K</li>\r\n\t<li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\r\n\t<li>Paid birthday off</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>ION Solar is an equal-opportunity employer.
