The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead and mentor other developers effectively. In this role, you will work closely with the Internal Communications team on a transformative project that incorporates AI and other advanced capabilities.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Avenir Next LT Pro&quot;, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 107%;\">In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">:</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Lead the architecture, design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing Angular, AngularJS, Spring Boot, Oracle, and core Java technologies</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Utilize best practices in software development, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Maintain high code quality thorough code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to align technology solutions with business objectives and client needs</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Evaluate and integrate front-end technologies, with Angular experience considered advantageous</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Champion the use of enterprise tools and AI-driven automation to optimize engineering processes and platform operations</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Collaborate with product owners, design leads, stakeholders, and engineering teams to enhance user experience and deliver new features on time and with high quality</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and scalability issues</span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Avenir Next LT Pro&quot;, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 107%;\">To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</span></span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Experience with front-end frameworks, preferably Angular, AngularJS, and Java development</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Solid knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control systems, and agile development methodologies is advantageous</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Experience in internal communication or related marketing and communication industries</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">• Knowledge of automation tools and AI-assisted development practices</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and&nbsp;$203,000&nbsp;per&nbsp;year&nbsp;at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\">This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
