The Scrum Master can also act as a proxy product owner in guiding priority if the product owner is not available. The Scrum Master is comfortable joining new teams and quickly defining the TWA, DoR and DoD without or with minimal guidance from a Senior Scrum Master. The Scrum Master has at least three years’ experience in the chosen Agile methodology within the pod and educates others to raise the overall level of agile maturity, while taking guidance and coaching from a mentoring Senior Scrum Master. A Scrum Master can clear obstacles and establish an environment where the team can maximize their effectiveness by limiting interruptions and distractions.
