          "text": "<p>Star Physical Therapy Services is seeking a <strong>Physical Therapist Assistant</strong> (PTA) to deliver high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services at our clinic located in <strong>Cypress, Texas</strong>. The <strong>Physical Therapist Assistant</strong> implements treatment plans, provides hands-on care, educates patients, and supports clinic operations while promoting excellent clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.</p><p>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</p><p><strong>Patient Care</strong></p><ul><li><p>Carry out physical therapy treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist</p></li><li><p>Provide therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, balance training, and functional activities</p></li><li><p>Administer approved modalities (e.g., heat, ice, e-stim, ultrasound, traction) per PT direction</p></li><li><p>Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress, concerns, or changes to the supervising PT</p></li><li><p>Ensure patient safety at all times during treatment sessions</p></li><li><p>Provide patient education on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and home exercise programs</p></li></ul><p><strong>Documentation</strong></p><ul><li><p>Complete, accurate, timely, and compliant daily treatment notes</p></li><li><p>Document objective measures, patient response, and functional progress</p></li><li><p>Communicate clearly with the supervising PT regarding patient status and goals</p></li></ul><p><strong>Clinic Operations</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area</p></li><li><p>Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and basic maintenance</p></li><li><p>Support clinic flow by managing time effectively and staying on schedule</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with front-office staff and therapy team to ensure smooth patient experiences</p></li></ul><p><strong>Professional Conduct</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain ethical and professional behavior in accordance with state and federal regulations</p></li><li><p>Comply with all clinic policies, HIPAA regulations, and payer guidelines</p></li><li><p>Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education as required</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li><p>Outpatient orthopedic experience</p></li><li><p>Experience with manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise progression</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with EMR documentation systems</p></li><li><p>Spanish-speaking (preferred but not required)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic for extended periods</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift, assist, and transfer patients as needed (up to 50 lbs)</p></li><li><p>Manual dexterity for hands-on treatment techniques</p></li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li><p>Outpatient orthopedic clinic</p></li><li><p>Moderate to high patient volume</p></li><li><p>Team-based, collaborative setting</p></li></ul>",
