    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>We’re a naan traditional company…</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Junior Facilities Coordinator (Infrastructure Technician) is responsible for providing facilities/technical support to the Infrastructure Engineering team and Site/Plant Operations for work and projects, and facilities/contractors regarding operations engineering projects for all FGF manufacturing facilities. Unleashing Your Potential.</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation, employee bonus program.</li>\n <li>Health benefits & a generous flexible medical/health spending account with EAP.</li>\n <li>RRSP company matching program.</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement program.</li>\n <li>Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide the facilities team with technical & building support to the Infrastructure Engineering team in the Manufacturing facility regarding property management with contractors and plants.</li>\n <li>Acts as a primary on-site contact for contractors/vendors while on company premises.</li>\n <li>Oversees and coordinate renovation & construction efforts to ensure projects are completed; provides daily updates and log activity to facilities manager.</li>\n <li>Ensures that maintenance/service contractors perform services as required while following GMP and food building compliance. </li>\n <li>Perform regular inspections & audits of the building facilities, complete facilities repair and projects.</li>\n <li>Able technically advise with facility responsibilities troubleshooting situations, evaluate and implement improvements to mitigate repeat issues in the plants.</li>\n <li>Maintain ownership of documentation invoices as needed re: facility, utilities, and services by contractors onsite.</li>\n <li>Additional duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering or facilities services.</li>\n <li>2-4 years’ experience in the field of project & facilities engineering in a manufacturing facility.</li>\n <li>General knowledge of various disciplines in engineering, mechanical & electrical systems, building systems such as HVAC, refrigeration systems, sprinklers, life safety systems, site services, ground maintenance, or other infrastructure & maintenance systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical manuals.</li>\n <li>Experience in a food manufacturing environment is an asset.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written English communication skills is required.</li>\n <li>Good understanding of all GMP, Health & Safety, OH&S, Food Safety & Environmental regulations, and standards.</li>\n <li>Excellent computer literacy & skills (MS Office applications) required.</li>\n <li>“Roll-up your sleeves” can-do attitude and eager to learn.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.</li>\n <li>Must have an Ontario G License and reliable transportation via personal vehicle for travelling between locations.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> What is the recipe for a great career at FGF? </strong>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
