Our Sales team is looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join our sales team to provide an amazing sales experience and drive new business. Ideally, they would have a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals selling SaaS-based software into the SMB market. Responsibilities: Generating and advancing opportunities through the entire sales cycle utilizing a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach. Delivering high impact product and sales presentations to effectively communicate the advanced functionality of CINC’s products, services and overall value proposition. Working with top performing real estate agents and brokerages directly via phone, email, and in person helping them adopt CINC’s full-service lead generation and CRM software and services. Managing all phases of your pipeline, progressing deals through the sales cycle, final negotiations of terms, and close. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of quota carrying sales experience for external hires. Track record of 100%+ quota attainment Preferred: Software as a Service (SAAS) experience. Experience with Salesforce CRM. Sold licenses/subscriptions to the SMB market with demonstrated ownership of territory management. Experience managing and closing both transactional as well as complex sales.
