We are looking for you!</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 134, 178); font-size: 16px\">Job Description</span></span></p>\n<p>As a Pier Solutions Bridge Craftsperson, your core goal is to uphold the highest level of professionalism on all sites, demonstrating teamwork, integrity, service, quality, and a hard work ethic in all your interactions with coworkers, subcontractors, and clients. Your project responsibilities include the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Performing general labour on construction sites, including operation of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment</span><br></li>\n<li>Identifying creative construction methods to complete work requirements efficiently</li>\n<li>Assisting the site lead in ensuring that all work meets quality standards and project specifications</li>\n<li>Working with project managers to maintain on-site documentation, including site safety records, hazard assessments, and daily job-site logs</li>\n<li>Maintaining all tools and equipment used on site and ensuring that materials and supplies are available as needed</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Providing mentorship and support to the less experienced craftspeople on your team</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Pier Solutions values promoting individuals from within.
