Parts and Service Representative - Day - Laurentians

Title : Parts and Service Representative Work location :  Kenworth Mirabel or St-Jérôme (18160 R. J.-A.-Bombardier, Mirabel, QC J7J 0H5, Canada ou 16 Rue John F. Summary of responsibilities: Promoting products and service offered to clients assigned in the Laurentians ; Maintaining constant liaison with customers and looking for new customers ; Transmitting customer orders to Parts Advisors and Service Writers ; Transmitting necessary information, supporting documents including documents relating to the returns of warranty parts and carcasses for possible credit purposes or other ; Assisting the Parts and Service Director in evaluating customers' purchasing potential and in developping promotions ; Collaborating with the Parts and Service Director as well as all concerned parties in other departments, relating to the market, customers, competition, etc. Sharing new customer information with the Credit department in opening and collection of clients accounts ; Supporting Parts Advisors and Service Writers in their duties, when necessary. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in similar role ; Knowledge of heavy duty vehicules parts (asset) ; Knowledge of heavy duty vehicules mechanics (asset) ; Master
