Description
What we look for:
You design and execute change and adoption strategies for AI initiatives, ensuring that new tools and workflows are effectively embedded in day-to-day operations. You assess stakeholder needs, identify adoption risks, and define targeted measures to increase readiness across business functions. You structure and run feedback loops, translating user insights into concrete improvement actions for products and processes. You work closely with program, engineering, and business teams to align change activities with rollout timelines and delivery milestones. You drive adoption tracking and define clear metrics to measure usage, engagement, and business impact. You continuously refine communication, training, and enablement formats to improve adoption outcomes across projects.
What we require:
You hold a degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field. You have 2–4 years of experience in change management, transformation, communications, or rollout-focused roles. You have proven ability to structure adoption activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. You have strong communication skills and can create clear, structured materials for both leadership and end users. You have a practical understanding of stakeholder engagement, training design, and change impact assessment. You are able to work independently and take ownership in complex environments. You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
