          "text": "<p><strong>Experience Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Trade certificate or technical diploma – can be through education and experience working with live electrical equipment. Formal electrical training highly preferred</li><li>3-5 years of related experience in industrial maintenance/automation/flow control</li><li>Able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics</li><li>Actuation, instrumentation, and valve experience is preferred; detailed knowledge of actuators, especially Rotork, is an asset</li><li>Proven experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting in a workshop or manufacturing environment</li><li>Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li></ul><p><strong>The Sucessful Candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols and workplace compliance standards</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship</li><li>Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>",
