Serving as the primary backup to the Director of Facilities Operations, this leader will help oversee a team of eight technicians and ensure seamless daily operations. This role is pivotal to maintaining a high‑performing, fully integrated facilities program within a major healthcare environment, supporting reliability, safety, and operational excellence across the hospital system. </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Supervise, train, and develop staff to ensure effective service delivery and performance standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Engage in daily rounding and active management by walking the site to ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary interface on operational matters when necessary.</p></li>\n <li><p>Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy across facilities departments.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide budgetary oversight for assigned services, including resource allocation and cost controls.</p></li>\n <li><p>Lead and coordinate small-to-medium-scale projects in conjunction with the Director and client stakeholders.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders, PM scheduling, and tracking.</p></li>\n <li><p>Oversee mechanical systems, with a focus on HVAC and other infrastructure assets.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
