At TP, the sky is the limit!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee vendors & contractors to maintain buildings, grounds, & operations</li>\n <li>Move furniture and equipment as needed</li>\n <li>Inspect buildings and grounds daily to identify safety issues, repair issues, & maintenance needed</li>\n <li>Perform light maintenance as needed – e.g., change light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, etc.</li>\n <li>Coordinates maintenance activities with Regional Facility Managers (RFMs) and local contractors</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining site environmental, health, & safety (EHS) regulations compliance</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining fire & life safety systems compliance</li>\n <li>Responsible for compliance with company security policies (site physical security & IT cybersecurity)</li>\n <li>Site business administration duties include submitting vendor and contractor invoices for payment</li>\n <li>Maintain good working relationships with site leadership</li>\n <li>Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week</li>\n <li>On call position. May need to work over 40 hours on occasion, as needed. Required to respond to afterhours emergencies, planned critical maintenance, or special events (overtime eligible).</li>\n <li>Maintain composure in challenging situations</li>\n <li>Assist other departments to fulfill site needs</li>\n <li>Able to use hand/power tools if needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to work at the North Lauderdale, FL site</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n <li>Minimum 6 months FA experience in Facility maintenance field required</li>\n <li>Must be able to work Monday-Friday 11AM-7:30PM EST with some overtime and weekends as needed. Availability for emergencies</li>\n <li>Good communication skills – able to articulate events happening at the site clearly and concisely.
