Do you want to join a high-performing team of dedicated professionals who work effectively together, have fun, and share the joy of truly making the word a better place?&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Through the dedication and commitment of our staff, Thrive&rsquo;s clients receive the highest quality of care available, incorporating proven, effective treatment for substance use and mental health disorders.</span></p><p>The ideal candidate will be results-driven, team-and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working on multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>General Summary: &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>Provide assessment evaluations, outpatient short-term psychotherapy and linkage with community service agencies.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities: &nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide mental health and substance abuse screening, assessment, orientation, treatment and follow-up services primarily within the agency, but also in other settings as needed.</li><li>Provide individual, couples, family or group counseling within the scope of one&rsquo;s competencies.</li><li>Provide crisis intervention.</li><li>Provide referral consultation and education to the community regarding issues of chemical dependency and mental health.</li><li>Provide chemical dependency and mental health consultation, education and training to agency personnel.</li><li>Develop and implement treatment plans and document services consistent with Thrive standards and/or insurance requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with other providers, agencies and individuals in the client&#39;s network of care.</li><li>Provide relapse prevention, discharge planning, follow-up and aftercare.</li><li>Provide education, training, and modeling in basic daily living skills, social or parenting skills.</li><li>Teach clients effective techniques for managing their medication as prescribed.</li><li>Coordinate services within Thrive as needed.</li><li>Assist clients in developing and strengthening their support network to accomplish goals and objectives.</li><li>Produce, complete, and maintain billing forms, logs, data collection forms, clinical documentation and client records in accordance with Thrive standards and state and federal regulations.</li><li>Assist clients in maintaining appropriate medical coverage at all times.
