Autonomously manage a robust logistics operation that supports Kasha's objectives and ensure efficient processes and tools are in place for scalable and sustainable operations. Oversee warehouse &amp; inventory management, designing, planning and overseeing distribution operations, risk management and fraud prevention ensuring these components are integrated and optimized for performance. This includes managing both inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring an efficient and effective flow of goods throughout the supply chain.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Warehouse Operations Management:</span> Oversee warehouse operations, including those at outsourced facilities. Maintain accurate stock levels, collaborate on stock level forecasts and reorder points, and coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective stock management.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">3PL Operations Management:</span> Manage Third-party Logistics (3PL) operations to guarantee efficient resource utilization.
