    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p>Sodexo is seeking an experienced <strong>Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 1</strong> <strong>to support a hospital in the San Fernando Valley</strong>, overseeing daily custodial operations and ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment for patients, staff, and visitors. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a hands-on management style, and the ability to guide frontline teams while maintaining high standards of service and sanitation. This position is scheduled for Monday through Friday on the first shift, with occasional weekend coverage as operational needs arise.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;</li>\n <li>provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department; </li>\n <li>work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;</li>\n <li>effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or</li>\n <li>support a diverse and inclusive workforce.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
