physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams. </span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Has and maintains current Physician Assistant license with the North Carolina Medical Board or Nurse Practitioner license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.  </span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Must have or be eligible for a DEA license. </span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Eligible for prescriptive authority application through the Board of Nursing or Medical Board in NC required. </span></p></li><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">BLS for healthcare provider from AHA or American Red
