Makes independent analyses/assessments/decisions related to key aspects of projects or overall project planning and execution. Develops and implements project plans and strategies in accordance with supported customer requirements, policies and guidelines. Mentors and develops Project Management teams in coordination and preparation of project documentation and briefing materials to clearly communicate project strategies, goals and objectives, and supports project execution within established cost, schedule and performance parameters.
