          "text": "<p><u><strong>Job Summary</strong></u></p><ul><li>Welding in a fast-paced production-style environment.</li><li>Production type welding using wire feed ar welders on a welding line.</li><li>Repetitive lifting of materials and product throughout the process up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Will be standing at all jobs.</li><li>Will be required to work at a steady pace to keep the welding line running smoothly.</li><li>Troubleshoot weld problem and make adjustments to correct welding problems such as pin holes,undercut and high or low weld.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.</li><li>Must be able to learn how to identify welding defects and use weld gauges.</li><li>Assemble and MIG&#xa0;weld parts following blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions.</li><li>Conduct quality inspections of work.</li><li>Maintain equipment in good working condition and report maintenance and safety concerns.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects.</li><li>Must be flexible in the department and help wherever needed.</li></ul>",
