You will work closely with the HR Team by mining for top talent across several platforms. This role will support our aggressive hiring goals and is critical in building pipelines of talent for every function across the organization including field service and sales roles.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL&nbsp;</strong><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Full cycle recruiting</li><li>Create relationships and build rapport with hiring managers</li><li>Maintain ADP Recruitment Module</li><li>Conduct outreach to candidates within job boards, Indeed and ADP</li><li>Conduct phone interviews to screen potential candidates</li><li>Facilitate phone, video and in-person interviews</li><li>Follow up with vendors on candidate correspondence</li><li>Devise new ways to attract candidates through creative and innovative solutions</li><li>Develop and maintain contacts with schools and other public organizations or job fairs</li><li>Create and maintain job descriptions</li><li>Travel as necessary not to exceed 10%</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This job also works near a machinery showroom, which may generate some noises such as objects hitting the floor and creating a sound, forklift movement and occasional other short term noises. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and valid driver&rsquo;s license.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>This job requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Repetitive use of the hands and typing are required.
