          "text": "<p>As a <strong>Regional Fleet Strategist</strong>, you will play a critical role in maximizing the profitability, utilization, and lifecycle performance of SIXT's fleet across your assigned region. You will combine analytics, forecasting, and strategic decision-making to optimize vehicle placement, acquisition, utilization, and defleet strategies while partnering closely with Revenue Management, Purchasing, Operations, and Remarketing teams.</p><p>This is an ideal opportunity for a highly analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges through data-driven decision making.</p><p><strong>YOUR ROLE AT SIXT</strong></p><ul><li>You manage and optimize the regional fleet plan, ensuring the right vehicles are available in the right locations to maximize utilization, revenue, and profitability.</li><li>You maintain and continuously refine rolling fleet forecasts, balancing acquisition, utilization, transfer, and defleet decisions across your assigned region.</li><li>You analyze market trends, demand patterns, fleet performance, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.</li><li>You collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Purchasing, Operations, and Remarketing teams to align fleet strategy with business objectives and market conditions.</li><li>You evaluate fleet placement, one-way activity, vehicle transfers, and lifecycle performance to maximize total asset value throughout the vehicle lifecycle.</li><li>You develop reporting, forecasting models, and strategic recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>YOUR SKILLS MATTER</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong> – Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field required. Relevant experience in fleet planning, operations, logistics, transportation, finance, analytics, or a related field preferred.</li><li><strong>Analytical Expertise</strong> – Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.</li><li><strong>Strategic Thinking</strong> – Ability to evaluate complex business trade-offs and balance short-term operational needs with long-term profitability objectives.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills</strong> – Advanced proficiency in Excel required.
