CNC machinist will develop for&nbsp;developing quality programs that run as efficiently as possible with the least amount of down time as possible. This employee&rsquo;s objective is to keep machines running as long as possible without attendance.</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities: &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong> &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Program effective and efficient tool paths</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensures team is aware of any issues, whether it be for timing of program or machine run time</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Pre-programming reviews</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Create tooling requests for the tooling that is to be used on their machine</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Make their own tooling (cutters, tool sets, etc.)</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Setup work pieces (core, cavity, components, etc.)</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for the quality of the products they are cutting</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Meeting Shoptalk deadlines for jobs assigned to them</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Record machine down time with PULSE</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain a clean and organized working area</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Alert management of any possible issues with programming or machine &ldquo;up-time&rdquo;</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent attitude towards the company in which they are employed</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Work in a professional manner and be mindful of other employees</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform all other related duties as set out by management</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Proficient in Solidworks software</li><li>&nbsp;Conduct OSHA, forklift, and Crane trainings</li><li>&nbsp;Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Promote a team atmosphere within the department, where all activities are done in a consistent, cohesive manner and meet states deadlines</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Work required hours as per current workload</li></ul></div></div>\n",
