Strategic Leadership & Vision</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Develop and drive long-term operational strategies aligned with corporate vision and market trends.</p></li>\n   <li><p>Lead cross-functional initiatives to position the organization for future growth and competitive advantage.</p></li>\n  </ul><p><strong>2. Enterprise-Wide Operational Oversight</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Oversee multiple programs within the business unit, ensuring consistency and excellence in financial performance and operational execution.</p></li>\n   <li><p>Set and monitor enterprise-wide performance metrics, benchmarks, and KPIs.</p></li>\n  </ul><p><strong>3. Financial Stewardship & Resource Allocation</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Direct enterprise-level budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.</p></li>\n   <li><p>Lead cost optimization and investment prioritization across the organization.</p></li>\n  </ul><p><strong>4. Talent Development & Succession Planning</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Develop senior leadership talent pipelines and succession plans for critical operational roles.</p></li>\n   <li><p>Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.</p></li>\n  </ul><p> </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project and program management</li>\n <li>PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or the equivalent relevant work experience (5 years)</li>\n <li>A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing Infrastructure IT projects and program</li>\n <li>Proven experience with managing using DevOps and Agile concepts (3 years)</li>\n <li>Exceptional technical aptitude and effective written and verbal communications skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification strongly desired</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
