In this role, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, stability, and evolution of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (ERP) platform and its supporting ecosystem.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</span> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span>Stakeholder engagement &amp; change management</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Build relationships with stakeholders through demonstratation of the tangible value our ERP investment brings</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Be the internal advocate and trusted voice for ERP adoption across the organization from the shop floor to the executive team</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Run user training, onboarding and change communications for new capabilities</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Translate business needs into platform solutions, and platform capabilities into business language</span><span> </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS &amp;
