You will own the affiliate pipeline end-to-end, from outreach and activation to content output and performance tracking, ensuring consistent weekly execution and growth.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will operate in a highly execution-focused role with direct commercial impact, where your success is measured by creator output and contribution to GMV. You will work within a small, focused social commerce team and collaborate closely with shop management, paid media, data and content teams to maximise performance.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Run high-volume affiliate outreach (50–100 new creators per brand per week) and manage the full pipeline from first contact to activation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Activate creators quickly around products, trends and opportunities to ensure consistent weekly content output</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review affiliate content weekly using performance metrics (CTR, watch time, CVR, GMV) and continuously optimise creator briefs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify top-performing content within 24–48 hours and coordinate amplification through paid media (e.g. Spark Ads)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track and manage your pipeline performance (recruitment, activation rate, output, results) and resolve bottlenecks quickly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing creator relationships while continuously sourcing new talent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work cross-functionally with shop, paid media, data and content teams to maximise impact of high-performing content</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, DTC e-commerce or marketplace operations with direct performance ownership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience managing creator outreach and affiliate pipelines at scale</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CVR and GMV, and the ability to act on them quickly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid testing and iteration</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Clear and direct communication skills in Dutch and English</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
