    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\" font-style: normal;  font-weight: 400\">\n <p><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Assemble manual, actuated, and automated valves, actuators, positioners, and associated flow control equipment in line with drawings, work instructions, and quality plans.</li>\n  <li>Test valves and pump equipment using workshop test rigs and equipment to ensure products meet specification and customer requirements.</li>\n  <li>Select and use appropriate hand tools, power tools, and components safely and effectively.</li>\n  <li>Interpret technical drawings, quality documentation, and special instructions to determine correct assembly and testing processes.</li>\n  <li>Record time, job progress, and required documentation in accordance with Emerson quality systems and workplace processes.</li>\n  <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area, including shared spaces and equipment.</li>\n  <li>Comply with all Emerson and customer health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.</li>\n  <li>Participate in daily huddles, planning meetings, and toolbox talks, contributing ideas and raising issues early to support team outcomes.</li>\n  <li>Collaborate with colleagues across operations, quality, and service teams to deliver reliable products and continuous improvement.</li>\n </ul>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p>\n <p>You take on new opportunities and challenges with energy and a sense of urgency, maintaining focus even when priorities shift.
