In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Assemble manual, actuated, and automated valves, actuators, positioners, and associated flow control equipment in line with drawings, work instructions, and quality plans.
Test valves and pump equipment using workshop test rigs and equipment to ensure products meet specification and customer requirements.
Select and use appropriate hand tools, power tools, and components safely and effectively.
Interpret technical drawings, quality documentation, and special instructions to determine correct assembly and testing processes.
Record time, job progress, and required documentation in accordance with Emerson quality systems and workplace processes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area, including shared spaces and equipment.
Comply with all Emerson and customer health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
Participate in daily huddles, planning meetings, and toolbox talks, contributing ideas and raising issues early to support team outcomes.
Collaborate with colleagues across operations, quality, and service teams to deliver reliable products and continuous improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Practical experience in mechanical assembly, repair, or refurbishment of valves, pumps, or similar industrial equipment.
Ability to read and work from technical drawings, quality plans, and work instructions.
Experience using hand and power tools in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices.
Attention to detail and a quality‑focused approach to work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to follow standard processes, record work accurately, and contribute to a tidy, safe workplace.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Trade qualification or equivalent practical experience in mechanical or industrial equipment assembly.
Experience with quality assurance systems and structured production environments.
Forklift licence, dogging ticket, or other relevant high‑risk work licences.
Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
Valve product knowledge or experience within flow control, oil & gas, water, or process industries.
