We invite you to join us in our vision of &ldquo;Making Lives Better!&rdquo;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a Skills Trainer Specialist for the Children&rsquo;s Behavioral Health Department, covering Amarillo and regional areas as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Will be responsible for teaching and role modeling skills that addresses community living, social, coping, problem solving, anger management, parenting &amp; self- control skills to families and youth ages 3-18</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Will be trained in TRR approved curriculums that emphasize evidence-based practices to help improve daily functioning</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Position will organize and provide culturally competent care activities and collaborate among all participants involved with the youth&rsquo;s care</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Additional duties can include assessment &amp; treatment planning, working within the team to ensure appropriate services are delivered, engaging family by providing outreach and education, and taking a family &amp; person-centered approach to help identify strategies and objectives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Will provide services via phone &amp; face-to-face, in both home and community-based settings</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position will spend <u>at least</u> half of his/her working time directly working with the youth, family, and/or family supports</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Position will assist &amp; collaborate with C&amp;A BH Team in promoting skills development and covering Amarillo and regional areas throughout the Texas Panhandle</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required qualifications to be successful in the job:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field for QMHP credentialing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">For Case Manager I, no experience required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">For Case Manager II, minimum one (1) year of experience in behavioral health case management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">For Case Manager III, minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral health case management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Graduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
