This role oversees site supervision, craft labor, subcontractors, and field resources to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements, project specifications, and company standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Construction Manager plays a critical role in translating project plans into disciplined field execution, coordinating closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and client representatives to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and at the expected level of quality.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Construction Manager is accountable for field execution and site performance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Accountability</span></p>\n<p>The Construction Manager is directly accountable for:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safe execution of all field construction activities.</li>\n<li>Field productivity, manpower planning, and resource coordination.</li>\n<li>Schedule adherence and milestone execution.</li>\n<li>Quality of installation and compliance with project specifications and codes.</li>\n<li>Subcontractor and craft performance on site.</li>\n<li>Effective coordination between field teams, project management, and clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Execution Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage all field construction activities for industrial electrical projects.</li>\n<li>Supervise site supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and craft labor to ensure safe and efficient project execution.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with contract documents, project specifications, electrical codes (NEC), and company standards.</li>\n<li>Coordinate daily field operations to support project schedules and milestone completion.</li>\n<li>Monitor manpower levels, productivity, and field resource allocation.</li>\n<li>Enforce safety policies and ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and project management to resolve field issues.</li>\n<li>Review drawings and specifications to ensure constructability and proper installation sequencing.</li>\n<li>Manage subcontractor performance, installation quality, and schedule compliance.</li>\n<li>Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and jobsite logistics.</li>\n<li>Support cost control by monitoring field labor performance and assisting with change management documentation.</li>\n<li>Lead field coordination meetings and provide progress updates to project leadership.</li>\n<li>Review vendor and subcontractor invoices and purchase orders for approval.</li>\n<li>Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, documentation, and turnover.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>Candidates must meet one of the following qualification paths:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Track A – Degree Path</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in construction management or field leadership roles in industrial construction</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Track B – Experience Path</span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">8+ years of progressive field leadership</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> experience in electrical or industrial construction environments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Experience &amp;
