Position/Title: Upper School English Teacher (9-12) Appointment: School Year 2026/2027 Reports To: Director of the Upper School Laurel School seeks talented faculty and staff who will put our students first and strive to make a difference in their lives. We seek to attract faculty and staff who thrive on being engaged participants in our community and are committed to developing young women as authentic learners and leaders. Laurel lives our mission: to inspire each girl to fulfill her promise and to better the world. Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual, one who cares deeply about the importance of reading and writing and who is interested in exploring how we can teach girls to be courageous, ethical and empathetic through writing and literary study.
