On behalf of Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware (DE) , CareerPhysician, the national leader in academic child health executive search and leadership development, invites applications and nominations for a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the next Division Chief of Pediatric Endocrinology. The ideal candidate will provide vision, leadership, and oversee all divisional missions, including care delivery, education, research, and advocacy. The Division Chief reports directly to the Chair of Pediatrics.

Established Leadership & Operations: Under the retiring Division Chief’s long-standing leadership, the division has grown significantly, expanding to seven clinic locations across DE, PA, and NJ, along with a Telehealth clinic for MD patients. Robust Clinical Infrastructure: The diabetes program is nationally recognized, ADA-accredited, and a member of the T1D Exchange , with growing involvement in clinical trials. Nemours’ EHR, analytics, and population-health tools enhance care and scholarship. Educational Excellence: Award-winning teaching faculty and a newly ACGME-accredited fellowship program that strengthens academic rigor and serves as a recruitment pipeline. Specialty & Multidisciplinary Programs: Strengths in thyroid cancer, transition care, and Turner/Klinefelter syndromes, with thriving collaborations in orthopedics and oncology. Healthy Weight & Wellness (HWW) Program: A growing interdisciplinary initiative with strong demand and opportunities in metabolic and obesity therapeutics. The division includes 8 pediatric endocrinologists, 1 fellow, 1 PA, 4 NPs, 8 specialty nurses, and the HWW team, caring for 9,700 patients annually across the region.

Qualifications
