Other duties may be assigned.<br>● Help coordinate and execute content shoots for IG feed, Stories, co-ops, paid ads<br>● Own, create, and publish content to social media channels<br>● Own tracking documents and monthly recaps<br>● Liaise with performance marketing team on paid assets and paid social media marketing initiatives<br>● Liaise with graphic teams to request digital artwork, animations, graphic assets for social<br>● Liaise with influencers for HP/email, social assets<br>● Attend editorial photo shoots to capture BTS content<br>● Attend and cover BM activations to capture content</p><p><strong><ins>Required Competencies:</ins></strong><br>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:<br>● An eye to create and curate on-brand, engaging content<br>● Understanding of social media metrics and analytics<br>● Understanding of third party platforms, ie Dash Hudson, Google Analytics<br>● Knowledge in using photo and video editing apps to create social assets<br>● Must be organized and keep up with tight deadlines</p><p><strong><ins>Minimum Qualifications:</ins></strong><br>● 2+ experience in creating original content<br>● Active on social media<br>● Knowledgeable of fashion influencers and REVOLVE brands<br>● Basic skills in Excel, Powerpoint<br>● Copy/caption writing experience</p><p><strong><ins>Preferred Qualifications:</ins></strong><br>● 3+ years&rsquo; experience in social media marketing<br>● Knowledge in data tracking and analytics<br>● Experience in project coordinating/managing photo shoots</p><p>A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
