In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to adult patients, diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. You will work closely with other healthcare providers to offer personalized and evidence-based care, ensuring the best possible health outcomes for our patients.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform comprehensive physical exams and take detailed medical histories.</li><li>Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and respiratory issues.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress.</li><li>Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, imaging, etc.).</li><li>Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions in accordance with clinical guidelines and patient needs.</li><li>Provide preventative care, including routine screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and wellness strategies.</li><li>Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team as needed.</li><li>Stay current with advancements in medical research, practices, and technologies.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).</li><li><strong>Qualifications:</strong></li><li><strong>Doctor of Medicine (MD)</strong> or <strong>Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)</strong> degree.</li><li>Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.</li><li>Active, unrestricted medical license in [state/country].</li><li>Proven experience in diagnosing and managing a variety of adult health conditions.</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical protocols, treatments, and clinical guidelines.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach to care.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing high-quality care.</li></ul>\n",
