          "text": "<p>NETZSCH Pumps USA is looking for a competent, mechanically-inclined individual to work as an Inside Sales Application Engineer. The Sales Application Engineer’s main responsibility is to prepare proposals based on a clearly defined set of requirements issued by an end-user, engineering firm and/or contractor, an OEM or an independent sales representative/distributor. In addition, the Sales Application Engineer must also be able to enter the order and follow up throughout the manufacturing and shipping process.</p><p>Focusing on customer service, and offering NETZSCH pumps as the best solution for their needs, the Sales Application Engineer will perform the following duties among others:</p><ul><li>Prepare detailed quotations for pumps, parts, and systems based on technical and commercial specifications.</li><li>Communicate via phone and email with customers, representatives and direct accounts such as OEM’s.</li><li>Process orders into the system accurately and support the engineering and operations teams throughout the order entry and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Support manufacturing, engineering and quality control teams on laboratory testing activities and when pumps are returned to the factory for repairs.</li><li>Travel with the Regional Sales Manager periodically to become exposed to customers and applications in the various regions.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>Successful candidates will have a 2 year technical degree with 2 years previous experience as an application engineer in a similar mechanical field; or 4 year or higher technical degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong aptitude and/or previous experience in hydraulic engineering required. In addition, candidates should have:</p><ul><li>The ability to read and interpret documents such as technical specifications, commercial terms, P&amp;ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.</li><li>The ability to write routine reports and correspondence and the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.</li><li>The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and the ability to deal with problems.</li><li>A valid driver’s license and current passport or the ability to obtain passport upon hire.</li></ul>",
