    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Provide a Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe environment through the operation of a full-service alcoholic beverage location.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Specific Duties and Responsibilities</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the park guests in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines </li>\n <li>Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of leadership or security  </li>\n <li>Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests </li>\n <li>Verify through photo identification the legal drinking age of guests </li>\n <li>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures </li>\n <li>Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables and other tools </li>\n <li>Complete opening and closing duties </li>\n <li>Transport supplies to bar set-up area </li>\n <li>Restock bar and liquor supplies </li>\n <li>Create a warm, fun, atmosphere for guests </li>\n <li>Follow all company policies, including cash handling procedure </li>\n <li>Adhere to company sanitation procedures </li>\n <li>Follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product, control costs, and maximize guest satisfaction </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li>\n <li>Previous bartending or food service experience is a plus </li>\n <li>Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional </li>\n <li>Knowledge of cash handling procedures required </li>\n <li>Friendly, outgoing and aggressive personality, along with excellent interpersonal skills </li>\n <li>Ability to work quickly and efficiently  </li>\n <li>Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays </li>\n <li>Creative candidate that could work toward developing new themed drink concepts </li>\n <li>Must be willing to get TABC certification </li>\n</ul>",
