If you're ready to join a team committed to your success, Trilogy is where you belong and thrive!</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and the supervision of nursing assistants working with residents assigned to each unit. <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse, the physician, and/or the Director of Nursing when there is a change in a resident’s condition.</li>\n <li>Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.</li>\n <li>Provide holistic care for residents within the scope of your LPN license.</li>\n <li>Assist in monitoring the inventory of medications, medical supplies and equipment to ensure that an adequate supply is on hand and readily available to meet the needs of the residents.  </li>\n <li>Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary  </li>\n <li>Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals in accordance with the facility’s policies and procedures governing accidents and incidents.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license  </li>\n <li>Current, valid CPR certification required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>GET IN TOUCH</h2>Nikki (419) 515-4069",
