This large-scale, mixed-use seafront project will redefine modern coastal living, combining <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">residential</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">commercial</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">lifestyle </span>spaces in one of the most prestigious areas of the city.</p>\n<p>Learn more at kean.bbf.com.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main tasks and responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Develop and implement cost control strategies for the organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Develop and maintain contract management policies and procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to project stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Develop and maintain a cost estimation and forecasting system</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Identify potential cost savings opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Manage a team of cost and contract professionals</span></li>\n<li>Participate on Financial reports/plans</li>\n<li>Participate on Business Plans  (Financial knowledge)<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements for the position:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or<span> </span><span>or related discipline</span></li>\n<li>Management experience is strongly preferred <br></li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal<br></li>\n<li>Able to generate budgets and reports</li>\n<li>Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organization, and supervisory skills essential</li>\n<li>Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads</li>\n<li>Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems</li>\n<li>Minimum 12 years of relevant experience</li>\n<li>Knowledge of construction processes</li>\n<li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Fluent in English (spoken and written).
