Apply today to join our team!</p>\n<p><strong>As a Cardiology Technologist you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducts various cardiac diagnostic tests such as Electrocardiogram (ECG), standard and nuclear stress testing, and Holter monitoring.</li>\n <li>Analyzes results and summarizes for interpretation by medical staff in an urgent/emergent care environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diploma in Cardiology Technology plus one (1) year's recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.</li>\n <li>Successful completion of the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologist (CSCT) certification exam.</li>\n <li>Eligible for membership with the Cardiology Technologist Association of British Columbia (CTABC).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge & Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to keep abreast of current professional standards and technical knowledge.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to perform duties accurately and maintain quality standards.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate related equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to organize work.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li>\n <li>General knowledge of Trauma Informed Practice and Harm Reduction approaches and Strengths-based care.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to promote Indigenous Cultural Safety.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to provide competent and culturally safe care in a variety of settings and with diverse populations.</li>\n <li>Physical ability to perform duties of the position.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing Statement</h2>\n<p>The hours of work including days off and work area may be subject to change consistent with operational requirements and the provision of the Collective Agreement and applicable statutes.
