Benedictine College is a member of the NAIA at the Division I level. This is a full time, twelve-month position.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Directing all aspects of the coaching and management of the wrestling program</li><li>Oversee assistant coaches and peripheral members of the program staff</li><li>Recruiting and scouting in accordance with the NAIA, Heart and Benedictine College policies and procedures</li><li>Train and coach members of the program</li><li>Manage a year-round strength and conditioning program</li><li>Budget management, fundraising, and alumni development</li><li>Supporting the academic and personal development of all athletes</li><li>Visible, fully integrated member of the College community</li><li>Annually propose an effective and competitive schedule for approval by the Athletic Director</li><li>Recommend scholarship awards for student-athletes</li><li>Responsible for tracking the admissions and eligibility process involving recruited student-athletes, and for working collaboratively with the Faculty Athletic Representative in this regard</li><li>Responsible for complying with the rules and regulations of the NAIA as it relates to the program</li><li>Represent Benedictine College and the program in a professional manner</li><li>Responsible for being a proponent of the NAIA Champions of Character Program</li></ul>",
