What do you get to do in this position •Insure needs / resources balance (MRP,..) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products by managing the customer’s needs (customer order + CCMP'S) and the replenishment backlog. -Coordinate Queue Management and/or Production scheduling. -Insures products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages • Ensure continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, .. ) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products • Manage the customer needs coming from the CCC’s through the Customer Claim Management Process • Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders) • Coordinate Queue Management and/or Production scheduling. • Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product • Daily action regarding MRP messages (SAP example: MD07) and escalate when repeatable issues • Actively participate to SIM cycle 2 • Support stock discrepancies analysis and support adjustments.
