Tucked away in an oasis of palm trees and rich greenery, the restaurant exudes a Bohemian-island vibe, and offers a social, vibrant and interactive dining experience. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">THE OPPORTUNITY</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">The ideal candidate is a practiced problem solver, maintains a calm demeanor under pressure, persists to get the job done, and enjoys working alongside a large team to improve performance and increase retention.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Easterly bartenders are the representative of the restaurant to guests.  Bartenders are responsible for assembling and serving all beverages while guiding guests through The Easterly experience.  Our bartenders are expected to give service that is knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful while upholding company standards and values in a busy, fast-paced environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Oversee and guide the guest’s complete dining and bar experience</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including the major components of a dish/drink; this may include ingredients and their source, simple descriptions of unfamiliar ingredients, preparation, and/or execution of correct food and beverage service.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Adhere to all company service standards and protocols.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Responsible and accountable for maintaining the department of health standards of procedure.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Responsible and accountable for maintaining all approved beverage recipes to the provided specifications.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Responsible and accountable for maintaining all provided standard operating procedures.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Uphold standards of quality when assembling alcoholic beverages for guests.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Responsibly serve alcoholic beverages.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Support team with beverage service to all dining room areas.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Confident and correct use of the POS system for order entry and payment processing.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Ensure food and beverage arrive at guests quickly and correctly.
