Company Overview Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization operating multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across several states. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations within a skilled nursing facility. Strong candidates will work closely with the Director of Nursing to help oversee nursing staff, maintain regulatory compliance, support quality initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Location: Pittsburgh, PA Work Setting: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range:  $90,000 – $115,000 USD/Annually Benefits: Healthcare Benefits, PTO, Vacation Package, 401(k), etc. Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations  Assist with oversight of nursing staff, scheduling, and workflow coordination  Help maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations  Participate in survey preparedness and quality improvement initiatives  Support infection prevention and resident care programs  Assist with staff education, mentoring, and performance management  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency  Help foster a positive and accountable clinical culture throughout the facility  Support implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices  Monitor documentation standards and assist with maintaining regulatory compliance  Assist leadership with staff development, retention, and operational support initiatives  Qualifications Active RN license in Pennsylvania  Previous nursing leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care preferred  Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical operations  Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills  Ability to multitask and thrive within a fast-paced environment  Strong team-oriented mindset with a hands-on leadership approach  Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality resident care  Compensation The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market.
