The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety measures and protocols on construction sites or project sites to ensure the well-being of all personnel and the prevention of accidents, injuries, and property damage. This role requires proactive safety planning, inspection, training, and regulatory compliance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety Planning:</span><span> </span>Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety plans and policies for construction/project sites.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Site Inspections:</span><span> </span>Regularly inspect the site to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety Training:</span><span> </span>Provide safety orientation and training to all personnel, subcontractors, and visitors on-site.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Incident Reporting:</span><span> </span>Investigate and report accidents, incidents, near-misses, and safety violations.
