    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group,</strong></p>\n<p><strong>is seeking an outstanding Neonatologist to join our growing practice at</strong></p>\n<p><strong>HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood Hospital.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>We are looking for an Neonatologist who want to be a part of a stable, collaborative and cohesive group of Neonatologists and NNP's</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>24 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 13 babies</li>\n <li>Over 1,900 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year</li>\n <li>A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs.</li>\n <li>24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night.</li>\n <li>Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.</li>\n <li>Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.</li>\n <li>Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team</li>\n <li>Active research program involved in multiple active clinical trials and multi-site collaborations.</li>\n <li>Sign-On bonus and relocation assistance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About the Hospital:</strong></p>\n<p>HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood hospital is part of HCA Houston Healthcare, a family of hospitals serving over one million patients a year at 13 hospitals within the greater Houston area.
