At MeDirect, we strive to provide an exceptional employment experience, fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Overview:</span></p>\n<p><span>This position offers the chance to play a key role in strengthening the Bank’s Operational Risk, Third Party Risk, and IT / ICT Risk oversight framework, while working closely with multiple business units and senior stakeholders across the organization.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to further develop their expertise in risk management within a dynamic banking environment, contribute to important regulatory and governance initiatives, and gain broader exposure to outsourcing, technology risk, and operational resilience topics at a Bank-wide level.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the implementation and maintenance of the Bank’s Operational Risk Management Framework</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across business units.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor operational risk indicators, incidents, and risk trends to identify emerging risks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support preparation of risk reports, dashboards, and management information for senior management and risk committees</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in developing and maintaining the Operational Risk Register for Loss / Event data</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in performing outsourcing risk reviews to evaluate risks associated with outsourcing arrangements and assess service providers’ ability to employ high standard of care in performing the outsourced services</li>\n<li>Liaison with stakeholders (owner units of outsourcing activities) on risk and control matters including ad-hoc projects</li>\n<li>Review and Challenge control monitoring plans, performing monitor activities and analysis of evidence to determine controls are operating effectively</li>\n<li>Monitor vendor performance and third-party incidents that may impact the Bank<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">IT / ICT Risk Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support monitoring of IT and ICT risks, system failures, and technology dependencies</li>\n<li>Coordinate IT risk assessments and challenge to identify the gaps</li>\n<li>Work closely with the IT department to ensure alignment with ICT risk management and security frameworks</li>\n<li>Support oversight of ICT third-party service providers and technology risk exposures</li>\n<li>Any other adhoc assign by the line manager</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required knowledge, skills and experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Management frameworks</li>\n<li>Understanding of third-party risk management and outsourcing governance</li>\n<li>Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery principles</li>\n<li>Familiarity with IT risk and ICT operational resilience concepts.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and report writing skills</li>\n<li>4–7 years of experience in Operational Risk, IT Risk, Third Party Risk, or Business Continuity within banking or financial services</li>\n<li>Experience with outsourcing risk, ICT risk management, or vendor risk oversight</li>\n<li>Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks related to operational risk and outsourcing<br></li>\n</ul>",
