long-term direction for the resort, supporting end-to-end operations.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Ensure consistency with Six Senses’ vision, service philosophy, and quality benchmarks.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our guest experience.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Regularly assess and elevate our products and services, incorporating Six Senses’ wellness and sustainability principles.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Guarantee exceptional guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure, including effective service recovery.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Maintain strong on-site presence, reviewing all guest and host areas for quality, safety, and compliance with LQA standards.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Conduct regular inspections of villas, public areas, and heart-of-house spaces, ensuring timely completion of maintenance and improvement work.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Lead a team of department heads, offering clear direction, coaching, and feedback to support operational excellence and career development.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Assist the General Manager in achieving or exceeding revenue targets and cost-control objectives.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Identify opportunities to elevate guest experiences and collaborate across teams to implement improvements.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Foster a positive and supportive work environment while ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and brand requirements.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Maintain smooth communication and style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Ensure ethical operations and compliance with all local regulations.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Monitor departmental budgets to maximize profitability without compromising quality.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Support the General Manager with financial reporting, forecasting, and daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual budget processes.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Complete all required corporate reporting and submit legally required documentation related to operations.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager and liaise with the corporate home office as needed.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Resort Manager in a luxury hotel environment.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Strong background in luxury hospitality, including substantial experience in Food &amp; Beverage operations.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Deep understanding of luxury lifestyle standards and experience working with diverse international clientele, while demonstrating sensitivity to local culture.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Excellent leadership skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with hosts.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list 36.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;\">Fluent in English and
