With a focus on reliability, performance, and environmental stewardship, Smardt continues to redefine industry standards through advanced engineering and a commitment to a more sustainable future.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For: Manufacturing Engineer </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Manufacturing engineer supports the development, optimization and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and efficient production processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop and optimize manufacturing processes considering efficiency, safety and quality for different HVAC products.</li>\n<li>Work with multifunctional teams to develop factory lay out for production areas.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross- functional teams to support new product launches.</li>\n<li>Work closely with materials team to develop strategy for material presentation in production lines.</li>\n<li>Lead machinery installation and commissioning process for new production lines.</li>\n<li>Identify CTQ’s in each product and determine the correct process to ensure quality.</li>\n<li>Identify KPI’s for manufacturing process and track performance.</li>\n<li>Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing across the facility.</li>\n<li>Create standard work, work instructions and standard operating procedures for manufacturing process.</li>\n<li>Installed capacity analysis to determine bottlenecks and plans for improvements.</li>\n<li>Lean principles evaluation for final layout.</li>\n<li>Lead Manufacturing check samples and pilot runs for each of the new products launched.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Bring:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and Competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience implementing lean strategies.</li>\n<li>Hands -on experience with automation projects.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in CAD software.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li>\n<li>Must be able to walk, stand, and inspect shopfloor environments daily.</li>\n<li>Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.</li>\n<li>Must comply with all plant safety and PPE requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).</li>\n<li>Engineering experience, preferably in HVAC, metal fabrication, or complex assembly manufacturing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary</li>\n<li>100% employer-paid medical and dental benefits</li>\n<li>Retirement savings plan with employer contributions up to 6%</li>\n<li>Dynamic team within a high-growth company</li>\n<li>Company events and team-building activities</li>\n<li>Ongoing training and professional development opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Candidates will be required to undergo a background and reference check prior to hiring.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Please note that <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Smardt</span> does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
