    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Stewart & Stevenson is Now Hiring a Electrical Assembler I at 10750 Telge Road Houston, TX 77095.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsible for performing standard assembly processes, reworks and repairs on manufactured equipment and products. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assemble standard equipment and products under general supervision and in accordance with standard operating procedures.</li>\n <li>Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.</li>\n <li>Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.</li>\n <li>Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.</li>\n <li>Perform all necessary documentation in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Confer with supervisor regarding quality or procedure problems.</li>\n <li>Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.</li>\n <li>Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and safe work area.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and two to ten years related experience.</li>\n <li>Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.</li>\n <li>Ability to be held accountable or answerable for one's conduct.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.</li>\n <li>Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.</li>\n <li>Ability to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job type.</li>\n <li>Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work.</li>\n <li>Ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result.</li>\n <li>The ability to formulate a sound decision using the available information.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Abilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation and utilization skills preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Activities & Requirements: </strong></p>\n<p>Standard Office Criteria</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions: </strong></p>\n<p>Standard Office Criteria</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.</p>",
