          "text": "<p><strong>The Opportunity:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>We are seeking a process-oriented <strong>Business Analyst</strong> to spearhead the <strong>Future State PLM transformation initiative</strong>. This role will be responsible for assessing current-state PLM processes, gathering cross-functional business requirements, and helping define the vision and roadmap for a scalable, future-ready PLM ecosystem. The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the new PLM solution aligns with enterprise objectives and supports end-to-end product lifecycle processes within CPG industry. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in El Segundo, Mattel HQ, USA.</p><p><strong>What Your Impact Will Be:&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Current State Assessment &amp; Gap Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Redesign of PLM processes to align with business objectives and technological advancements based on leading practices within CPG.</li><li>Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for the integration of FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and 3rd party CAD systems.</li><li>Document and evaluate current PLM business processes, systems, and data flows across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams.</li><li>Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies in the current state.</li><li>Conduct stakeholder discussion and workshops to capture business needs and priorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Future State Design &amp; Roadmap</strong></p><ul><li>Work with functional leads to define future state business processes and operating models.</li><li>Develop business use cases, process flows, and capability maps to support future state definition.</li><li>Align future state capabilities with enterprise PLM vision, compliance needs, and digital transformation goals.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements Management</strong></p><ul><li>Translate business needs into clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements for future PLM solutions.</li><li>Manage and maintain a structured backlog of business requirements, ensuring traceability through implementation.</li><li>Collaborate with PLM architects and vendors to ensure proposed solutions meet business expectations.</li></ul><p><strong>Testing &amp; Validation</strong></p><ul><li>Support test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities for future state processes.</li><li>Partner with business users to verify that new capabilities are aligned to business needs and are fit for use.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Change Readiness</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with project teams in the execution of PLM transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines.</li><li>Serve as the key business liaison between functional teams and IT/solution delivery teams.</li><li>Support organizational change management efforts through documentation, communication, and training support.</li><li>Provide input into migration, onboarding, and adoption plans for future state tools and processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Communication:</strong>&#xa0;Facilitate effective communication between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status, risks, and issues.</p><p><strong>Problem Solving:</strong>&#xa0;Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational challenges to ensure smooth project execution.</p><p><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong>&#xa0;Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requirements.</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong>&#xa0;Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong>&#xa0;3+&#xa0;<strong>years of experience in PLM systems </strong>analysis, implementation, and management. Proven experience with any PLM systems, Windchill, Thing Worx, and CAD systems (e.g., Creo, Solidworks, Freeform, Artios Cad).
